Professional Development and Training
We actively promote teachers’ continuous professional development by holding different training programs on Teachers’ Development Day, encouraging teachers to attend seminars and talks organised by external organisations, and regularly arranging inhouse teacher exchange program and visits to affiliated schools. We also provide full or partial tuition subsidy to teachers in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education based on their years of experience so that we can deliver education of higher quality.
